Bio/Approach:

Shane completed his undergraduate studies at Weber State University before earning his Master of Family Therapy degree from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas.
Alongside his private practice at The HELP Clinic, Shane also practices at Weber Human Services, where he works with both adults and adolescents. His background includes providing therapy to adolescents in private practice and group home settings, as well as supporting adults in the psychiatric unit at McKay-Dee Hospital.
Shane specializes in couples therapy but also works extensively with individuals and adolescents. He has experience treating depression, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, addictions, and providing crisis intervention.
Outside of his professional work, Shane enjoys being outdoors—especially golfing, fishing, and camping.

Philosophy:

I strive to provide support for individuals, couples and families. I see the strength and potential in people and support efforts toward their goals and expectations. I consider myself very optimistic and hopeful.
