Bio/Approach:
Mitch is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with nearly two decades of experience in human services across professional and paraprofessional roles. He earned a BA in Social Work from Weber State University in 2004 and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Phoenix in 2012.
In addition to his private practice with The HELP Clinic, Mitch currently serves the community as a Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) therapist and Designated Examiner for the State of Utah. He has experience in group homes, adult corrections, interim counseling, and has worked closely with law enforcement and community partners. Mitch also facilitates relationship workshops and has presented to a wide range of community organizations, small groups, couples, and individuals.
